Ruhannah PALMER ^{(1373) (773)(774) (775)} was born about 1762 in Sussex County, New Jersey. ^{(1374)(1375) (1376)} She received a half acre lot in what is now New Hampton, NJ in the will of her grandfather John Bowlby in 1779. When her father wrote his will in 1810, Ruhanna was fourth in the list of general heirs to receive equal division of his estate after her mother's death. Ruhanna and Abraham Pippinger show in the 1790 Davidson County, NC census as having two daughters and one son, but to date information on the son is not known.

She was married to Abraham PIPPINGER Unknown.⁽¹³⁷⁷⁾ Abraham PIPPINGER^{(773) (774)(775)} died between 8 Feb 1832 and Aug . Ruhannah PALMER and Abraham PIPPINGER had the following children:
