Elizabeth PALMER ^{(1388) (773)(774) (775)} was born about 1773 in Sussex County, New Jersey. ^(1389)(1382) She died in 1840.⁽¹³⁸²⁾ She is considered here as a daughter of Hannah and Edmund, though the possibility exists that she was a daughter of Philip Palmer by a first marriage. She is last found in the Hopkins County, Kentucky 1840 census.

She was married to Joshua TODD on 3 Mar 1793 in Rowan Co., NC.^{(1390) (1391)} This source lists date as 3 March 1792 in Rowan County, NC. Joshua TODD ^{(1392)(773) (774)(775)} died in 1826 in Madison County, Kentucky.⁽¹³⁹³⁾ He died testate between 3 March and October 1826 and named the following: Wife, Elizabeth; daughter Amy Gamblin and husband John Gamblin; daughter Sally Oldham and husband Hiram Oldham; son John; son Solomon; son William; son Joshua.

John Gamblin was appointed executor.

The 1810 census locates the household of Joshua Todd on Muddy Creek, Madison County, Kentucky. The census of 1820 locates them in Hopkins County, Kentucky. Vital statistics of Hopkins County dated 1857 shows that Sarah Todd, a child of Joshua and Ezlizabeth, was born in Madison County. In the 1830 census of Hopkins County, Elizabeth Todd, aged 50-60 years, was head of household. In the 1840 census of Hopkins County, John Todd was head of household with Elizabeth listed as a female between 60 and 70.

On 24 March 1859 his estate was divided among his brothers and sisters or their heirs, so he is believed to have died a bachelor. He died about 1859. ⁽¹³⁸²⁾
