James, Mrs. Tom Lucas, all of Brooke, and Mrs. Charles Parker of

honour to himself and credit to the township. It is but a month ago
or so that he was compelled to resign the office of treasurer, owing
to his growing ill-health. He was a member of the masonic Order, and
also a L.O.L. Black Knights. The funeral on Wednesday was very
