Difficulty arises as to the name of Olivia's husband, Deat's record of Hunterdon County marriages indicates that she married JOHN DAVIS, 22 October, 1841. The Rush County Probate Record gives her husband's name several times as THEODORE R. DAVIS. Mrs. Grizzelle's outline says that Mr. Davis was from Kokomo, Indiana, and a letter written in 1890 says that Olivia lived near Sharpsville at that time, however, the Theodore R. Davis family was living in Richland Township, Rush County, Indiana, during the 1850 census. John DAVIS ⁽⁶⁾⁽⁷⁾⁽⁸⁾ was born on 15 Mar 1821 in Kokomo, Indiana. He died on 6 Sep 1890. Olivia BOWLBY and John DAVIS had the following children:
