We are pleased to present the scanned images of our Articles of Incorporation.  We've incorporated as a non-profit organization to demonstrate our commitment and accountability to you, our researching cousins, as a legal, non-profit entity.  We are extremely grateful to Richard Adams Bowlby for putting this into place for us, and hopefully for future generations of researchers.
 
 




The bylaws, passed by the board Feb. 28, 2001, for our family's non-profit organization, are in accordance with Rhode Island Law and we hope will afford this family organization a collection of fair and legal rules by which to follow for the benefit of those in the family interested in family research.  If you have any questions about any aspect of this, please email any member of the board.
