In the name of God Amen the xxii daye of marche anno dom 1567. I John Bolbie of gryff sicke in bodie and in good and perfite memorie prased be God and I do order and make this my last will and testament in manor and forme followinge 

ffyrst I give and bequithe my soull to alrnyghtie god trustinge to rernayne with all the hollie companye in heaven and my bodyc to be buried within the hollie churche yeard of Helmesley. Item I gyve to Thomas my yongest sonne one yewe and a lambe and to Agnes Hudson John Tyndell (servant ?) one yewe Item I do Gyve my farmhold to Eliz. my wyf during her widowhood for the bringinge upe of my children and yf she marrye agayne then I will that my farmhold shall remayne to James my sonne during. my yeares and he to bringe upe my children and yf James dye then I will that my farmhold shall remayne to Rauf my sonne and yf Rauf dye then I will that my farrnhold shall rernayne to the next of his brethren and so frome one of my children to another duringe my yeares Item I gyve to Thomas my sonne baisse begotten one yewe and lambe The residewe of all my goods not gyven nor bequest when my debttes legace and funerall expence are dyscharged and paid I gyve to Eliz.  my wyf Jaznes Rauf John Thomas Isabell and Dorothie my children all whom I make my executors joyntlie to gether of this my last will and testament witnesses hereof James laytonvicar Thomas Wighman Thomas Lambe and John Burke
