Bowlsby,formerly Julia I.Allen, has been established and duly consumated, in comformity to the law,for the Southwest quarter of the northwest quarter and the west half of the southwest quarter of Section twelve,the southeast quarter of section eleven, and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section fourteen in Township eighteen south of Range twenty-five East of the Willamete Meridian, Oregon, containing three hundred twenty acres, according to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said Land, returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General: : Now Know Ye!
