Bond 1st of November 1698

The condition of this obligation is such that the Bond on the above Thomas Boultbey Administrator of all and singular goods and chattells,cattells and credits of Bryan Boultbey Late of Mansfield Woodhouse aforesaid Sadler hereafter doe make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular goods and chattells,cattells and credits of ye said deceased which have or shall come to the hands or possession or knowledge of him the said Thomas Boultbey or into the hands or possession of any person or persons for him the same soe made do exhibit or arrange to be exhibited at the said deceased at the time of his death onto the said steward of the said man? of Mansfield for the time being at or before the feasting day of May next ensuing and the same goods and chattells,cattells and credits at the time of his death which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him doe well and truly administer according to the Law and further do make or cause to be made a full and true account of his said action at or before ye seventeenth day of November and all the rest the said goods and chattells,cattells and credits which shall be found remaining upon the administrators attempt the same being first examined and allowed of the Law and for ye time being of ye same Court shall deliver or pay forth such person or persons respectively as the said Steward by his debt or sentence poursuivant to the true intent or meanings of a Late Act of Parliament made on three and twentieth years of the reign of our Lord and Late sovereign King Charles the second and audit for the better settling intestate estates shall on Limit and disposal And if it shall hereafter dispose any last will and testament was made by the said deceased and the executor or executors therein named to exhibit it unto the said court making request to have it allowed and disproved according if the said Thomas Boultbey above agreement do send on and deliver ye said letter of Action dispertion of such testament first hand and made in the said court then this obligation to be voyd and of non effect or else to _____ and be in full force directed.

Sealed and delivered in ye sonne of us ye paper being forfeit and stamped according to law.
