Bowlby has been established and duly consumated, in comformity to the law,for the North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section fourteen in Township eleven South of Range sixteen West of the sixth Principal Meridian, Kansas, containing forty acres, according to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said Land, returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General: : : Now Know Ye!
