She was married to Edward HOWELL in 1868 in Kings Co., Nova Scotia, Canada. ⁽⁴³⁹⁵⁾ Edward HOWELL ^{(993)(5) (6)(7) (8)} was born in 1845 in probably Kings Co., Nova Scotia, Canada.⁽⁴³⁹⁶⁾ He died in 1929 in Aylesford, Kings Co., Nova Scotia, Canada. ⁽⁴³⁹⁷⁾ Father-in-law Thomas Bowlby granted Edward a deed in 1872 for land in
Cornwallis, book 33, page 127. Edward is mentioned in the will of his
uncle, James Howell, dated 5/1871, as son of James's brother, William.

Edward appears in the 1891 census living in Harbourville (n2, pg6),
Kings Co., NS, a 45 yr. old Methodist farmer. With him are living his
wife, all 9 children and his 87 yr. old father-in-law.

Edward & his wife are buried together at Aylesford United cemetery
(#6). His tombstone shows birth year as 1845 rather than about 1847
that census records would indicate. Caroline Elizabeth BOWLBY and Edward HOWELL had the following children:
