254. Martha BOWLBY ⁽³⁾⁽¹⁶²²⁾⁽⁵⁾⁽⁵⁸¹⁾⁽⁵⁸²⁾⁽⁷⁾⁽⁸⁾ was born before 1773 in probably Hanover Township, Morris County, New Jersey.⁽¹⁶²³⁾
According to Raymond Edwin Bowlby, Martha's grandfather, George Bowlby
in his will of 1773, indicated that his son John's eldest daughter's
name was Martha. She was to receive a gold ring given to him by his
sister Martha. She was also named in her uncle Thomas Bowlby's will
in 1798 as Martha Kingsland which indicates that she and her widows
mother, Rachel, may have been the only living members of this family
at that time.

She was married to Thomas Wilkinson KINGSLAND.⁽¹⁶²⁴⁾⁽¹⁶²⁵⁾ Evidently she married Thomas Wilkinson Kingsland before 1798, for her name was Martha Kingsland in her uncle Thomas' will which indicates that she and her widowed mother Rachel may have been the only living members of this family at that time.

According to Kingsland family research, this union produced nine children. Special thanks to Herb Kingsland. Thomas Wilkinson KINGSLAND ⁽³⁾⁽⁵⁾⁽⁵⁸¹⁾⁽⁵⁸²⁾⁽⁷⁾⁽⁸⁾ was born in 1764.⁽¹⁶²⁵⁾ He died in 1825.⁽¹⁶²⁵⁾
