213. Hannah PALMER ^{(771) (772)(773) (774)(775)} was born about 1768 in New Jersey.⁽¹³⁷⁸⁾ She was baptised on 26 Jul 1768 in Sussex County, New Jersey.⁽¹³⁷⁹⁾ She received a half-acre lot in what is now New Hampton, NJ, in her maternal grandfather's will of 1779.

Her father's will of 4 October 1810, Rowan County, NC, made the following bequest:
"First I give and require my well beloved daughter Hannah the whole of my land that I am now possessed with..."

She was married to James BRIGGS. ⁽¹³⁸⁰⁾ Hannah PALMER and James BRIGGS had the following children:
